How much does a maintenance plan cost?
Residential plans start at $285 a year for one unit on a one-year agreement, and the per-visit cost drops on longer terms and additional units. Commercial properties are quoted separately. Full pricing is on the Maintenance Club page.
What is included in a maintenance visit?
Two visits every year of the agreement, one in spring before cooling season and one in fall before heating season, with a 25-point inspection on every unit each visit and a written report of the findings. Members also get priority scheduling ahead of non-plan customers and pay no after-hours fees, a $50 saving per call.
Do you charge for an estimate on a replacement?
No. Replacements, renovations and upgrades are measured on site at no cost, and nothing is ordered until you approve the price.
Do you work on commercial buildings?
Yes — repairs, replacements, scheduled cleanings and rooftop changeouts for businesses, as well as full HVAC design for commercial and industrial builds. Commercial maintenance pricing is quoted per location.
Do you service ductless mini-splits?
Yes. We install ductless mini-splits for add-on rooms, shops and garages that have no duct work, and we repair ductless systems of every brand.
Do you handle HVAC for new construction?
Yes — design, install and commissioning for new residential, commercial and industrial builds, including load calculations and duct work taken from the plans. See the new construction page.
