Find the number of AC units at your home, then choose how long you want the agreement to run. The longer the term, the less you pay per visit. Each year includes 2 visits, so a 10-year agreement covers 20 visits total.

Why maintenance matters
55%

of the average energy bill goes to the AC unit. A clean, maintained system uses less of it.

Twice a year, every year

One visit in spring before cooling season, one in fall before heating season.

Lower operating costs

Maintenance keeps the unit running at the efficiency it was built for.

A longer life for the unit

Small problems get caught before they turn into a replacement.

Peace of mind

A trained professional is looking after your system — not a guess in July.
